Wisdom Playgrounds provides the following Limited Lifetime Warranty on their products, which covers structural defects and workmanship according to the terms below:

Limited Lifetime Warranty

• Lifetime Warranty on aluminum posts, hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel parts, stainless steel fasteners, clamps, beams, caps, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels against structural failure due to corrosion, natural deterioration, or manufacturing defects.

• 15-Year Limited Warranty on steel arches, certain wood parts (Robinia and Erythrophleum), plastic components (including edging), climbers, outdoor musical instruments, decks, and coatings for structural failure due to material or manufacturing defects.

• 10-Year Limited Warranty on concrete products against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects (minor chips or hairline cracks excluded).

• 8-Year Limited Warranty on climbers and climbing cables for defects in materials or manufacturing.

• 5-Year Limited Warranty on cables, cable connections, mallets, polycarbonate panels, bamboo panels (excluding natural aging effects), PVC coatings, and shades.

• 3-Year Limited Warranty on other moving parts including swing seats, handholds, ladders, trolleys, bumpers, coil springs, gliders, and resistance mechanisms against corrosion, natural deterioration, or manufacturing defects.

• 2-Year Limited Warranty on other moving plastic or metal parts, rubber membranes, sunshades, and sail solutions.

Important Limitations:

• This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as surface scratches, color fading, minor chips, discoloration, corrosion due to salt spray, or natural aging of wood (including cracking, splitting, twisting, or warping).

• Products installed within 500 yards of saltwater receive half the standard corrosion-related warranty period, up to 5 years maximum. Direct exposure to saltwater or salt spray is excluded from warranty coverage for corrosion.

• Warranty is valid only if products are installed and maintained following Wisdom Playgrounds’ instructions and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, abnormal wear, extreme weather, or acts of God is not covered.
