  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $200 within the contiguous United States (lower 48)
  • Delivery Costs (Some Items): Certain items may require an additional delivery cost due to freight delivery, oversized dimensions, remote delivery areas, or supplier-specific shipping rules. If an additional delivery cost applies, we will contact you to confirm it before processing your order.

Order Processing

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt of your order in our system. We will confirm the availability of items in stock and their readiness for immediate shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm stock availability. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that the cut-off time for order placement is 5 PM MST. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Note: Orders are subject to verification of pricing, availability, and any applicable delivery costs. If discrepancies are found, we will contact you before fulfillment.



Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Order Handling Time). The transit time, which is the time it takes for the shipment to reach you after it has been shipped, is usually 4 to 7 business days. This makes the total shipping time, from placing the order to delivery, approximately 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $200 within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $15 applies to orders under $200.
  • Additional Delivery Costs (Some Items): Some products, brands, or destinations may require an additional delivery cost. If this applies, we will contact you to confirm the final delivery cost before processing the order.

Brand-Specific Shipping Information

Some brands have special shipping conditions due to product size, weight, or supplier fulfillment policies. Please review the details below:

  • Stay Fresh: Orders take approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery due to extended processing and transit times.
  • Phoenix Domes: Due to the size and nature of these structures, shipping is not included in the listed price. Delivery cost will be confirmed before processing.
  • Survive-a-Storm:  Shipping is not included in the listed price and may vary by delivery location. If any delivery cost applies, we will contact you in advance to confirm before processing. For any questions, please call us.
  • Wisdom Playgrounds: Due to the size and freight nature of these playground structures, shipping is not included in the listed price. Please contact us for a custom freight quote before placing your order. We will ensure you receive the most competitive shipping rate available.
  • World Klass Play: Shipping is not included for these large-scale playground systems. Freight charges will vary by delivery location and must be quoted separately. Please reach out prior to purchase to receive a custom shipping estimate.
  • Breckwell: Due to the freight size/weight of these products, shipping may not be included in the listed price for certain orders or destinations. You may contact us before purchasing for a freight estimate. If an order is placed and additional shipping is required, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost before processing.
  • BE Power Equipment: Some items may require freight shipping or special handling. In certain cases, shipping may not be included in the listed price and a custom quote may be required. You may contact us before purchasing to confirm the best shipping option and final cost. If an order is placed and additional shipping applies, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost before processing.
  • Old Country BBQ Pits: Most orders ship at no additional delivery cost within the lower 48 states. However, for certain remote or high-cost delivery areas (or freight-intensive orders), an additional delivery cost may be required. You may contact us before ordering for an estimate. If an order is placed and an additional delivery cost applies, we will contact you in advance to confirm the final delivery cost before processing the order.
  • First Team: Many First Team orders may qualify for free shipping within the lower 48 states, but final shipping eligibility can depend on the product, delivery location, and freight requirements. Some large or freight-intensive items may require an additional delivery cost. If this applies, we will contact you in advance to confirm the final shipping cost before processing the order.
  • Solis: Due to supplier fulfillment requirements, product size, and freight conditions, some Solis orders may require an additional shipping contribution depending on the delivery location. You may contact us before purchasing for a shipping estimate. If an order is placed and an additional contribution is required, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost before processing.
  • Fronius: Due to supplier fulfillment requirements, product size, and freight conditions, some Fronius orders may require an additional shipping contribution depending on the delivery location. You may contact us before purchasing for a shipping estimate. If an order is placed and an additional contribution is required, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost before processing.

We currently do not offer international shipping and only ship to the lower 48 continental United States.

Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is via one of our third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler). If your order includes items shipped via freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Ensure your correct phone number is provided at checkout.

Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options, including:
  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway (standard freight method when applicable).
  • Threshold Shipping: Items brought to your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes bringing the item into your room of choice, minor assembly (excluding saunas), and removal of packaging.

Shipping Couriers:

  • We use trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and Local Freight Companies to ensure reliable delivery. The courier used may vary depending on your location and the size of the order.

Warehouse Locations:

  • Orders are shipped from warehouses strategically located across the United States to ensure the fastest delivery possible. This helps reduce transit times and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship domestically to any P.O boxes. No shipping outside of the US.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please contact us at orders@offgridlux.com

Address and Order Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. You may change your desired delivery address provided your item has not yet been shipped. You can do so by emailing us at orders@offgridlux.com. Please be advised that if your item has already been shipped, we do not guarantee that the address change will be applied (as we are not obligated to do so).

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason. To do so, please reach out to orders@offgridlux.com and attach your order number.

We will be able to process your cancellation only before your product is shipped (usually 1-2 business days). The sooner you reach out, the better your chances that the cancellation will go through. If you contact us too late, you may then proceed with the standard return process specified in our Return & Refund policy.

Placing Orders

We do not take orders over the phone for security reasons. Simply go to a product detail, place the product into your shopping cart, and complete the checkout process.

Rescheduled Delivery

Some deliveries may require a signature. If the courier cannot reach you at home, they will leave a calling card, and it is then up to you to arrange another delivery attempt (or perhaps change the delivery address).

Delayed Orders

If the total period of 4-7 business days (max order handling + order transit) has passed and your order is nowhere to be seen, do not panic. Deliveries may be delayed due to external conditions (weather, peak shopping seasons, etc.).

Please wait an additional 3 days and if your order still hasn't arrived, contact us at orders@offgridlux.com and we'll help you.

Damaged Orders

If your items arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Take photos of the damage and send them to orders@offgridlux.com along with your order number and a short comment. We will contact you with possible solutions.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that shipping outside the USA is not available. We ship to the lower 48 continental United States only at this time. Additionally, we do not ship domestically to any P.O boxes.

Note on Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. However, if you're located in one of these areas and are interested in a product, feel free to contact us at orders@offgridlux.com. In some cases, we may be able to arrange delivery with a custom shipping quote, depending on the supplier's capabilities and freight options. Additional fees may apply.
