At OffGrid Lux, we are proud to be an authorized dealer of Bikonit electric bikes. That means all Bikonit products purchased through our store are covered by the official Bikonit warranty. As your trusted retailer, we will work directly with the manufacturer to facilitate any warranty claims on your behalf—making the process smooth and hassle-free.

FRAME WARRANTY

Frame warranty lifetime.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All other components on the bike and extra-bought accessories warranty one year.

Exclusions from Warranty Contents

Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, derailleurs, frame chips, kickstands, pedals, and crank arms.
Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the bikes owner’s manual, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, or water damage.

BATTERY WARRANTY

Bikonit battery warranty period is two years from the carrier delivery time.

Exclusions from Warranty Contents:

Belongs to the range of natural battery degradation (Notes on natural battery degradation and costs)

Battery damage caused by user negligence or improper use, such as overcharging, over-discharging, use of improper chargers, etc.

Battery damage caused by accidents or external forces, such as dropping, immersion in water, etc.

No battery charging for a long time (at least twice a month for the battery)

Battery damage caused by unauthorized repair or replacement of parts.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

If you believe your battery has a quality issue, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team and provide your purchase proof and a detailed description of the battery issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty procedure and provide relevant support.
Step 3: If we confirm that your battery is covered by the Bikonit warranty policy, we will provide you with free repair or replacement service.

WARRANTY SERVICE

1. During the warranty period, we offer the following warranty services to our customers:

  • Provide technical support and customer service.
  • Free repair services, including parts, labor costs, round-trip shipping costs
  • If we cannot repair your battery, we will offer a replacement battery of equal value.


2. Outside the warranty period, we offer the following services to our customers

  • Provide technical support and customer service.
  • Paid repair services (costs include, but are not limited to, battery testing, replacement parts, labor, round-trip shipping, etc)

Notice

Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only. This battery warranty policy is governed by California law. Any terms or provisions that do not comply with this policy will be deemed invalid. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy at any time without notice.

Any modifications made to the bike by the customer will void the warranty.

Bikonit Return & Refund Policy – Managed by OffGrid Lux

At OffGrid Lux, we’re proud to be an authorized dealer of Bikonit electric bikes, including the Warthog and Raptor Series. When you purchase a Bikonit bike through our store, your order is protected by the official Bikonit return and refund policy, which we manage on your behalf.

If you need to request a return, cancellation, or report an issue, please contact OffGrid Lux first. We’ll coordinate directly with Bikonit to ensure your case is handled smoothly.

Warthog Series

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1. Order Cancellations
• Before Shipping: A 5% processing fee will apply.
• After Shipping:
• A 15% processing fee (10% restocking fee + 5% transaction fee) applies.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Return Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be in new, unused condition, with fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.
• A 15% restocking fee and processing fee will be charged for returns with fewer than 10 miles. For returns exceeding 10 miles, an additional 1% fee will apply for each mile over 10.
• Merchandise must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items. Items damaged, worn, or used will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process
• Customers must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by emailing service@bikonit.com.
• Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
• A sticker with the following details must be affixed to the return package:
• Customer Name
• Order Number
• Purchase Channel
• Returns should be shipped to the following address unless otherwise directed by Bikonit Customer Care:

4. Defective or Damaged Items
• For defective items, customers must provide photo or video evidence to Bikonit Customer Care for verification.
• For shipping-damaged items, photos of packaging (inside and outside), the shipping label, and all box sides are required. Verified claims will be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair.

5. Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
• Customers will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Raptor Series

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before shipping: If you cancel your order before shipping, you will be refunded. An Up to 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
After shipping: To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer needs to pay an up to 15% processing fee (10% restocking fee and Up to 5% transaction fee). The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

RETURNS

A return must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. In order to qualify, the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, we always start the return eligibility from the date of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must obtain our written approval before returning an item. If a customer returns an item without our written consent, no refund will be issued. Currently, we are not offer return shipping labels, and the customer must pay the shipping fees to have the item sent back.

To initiate a return, you can email us at info@bikonit.com. If your return is approved and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not provide return shipping labels.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Delivery Receipt for you to sign. it is important for you to thoroughly inspect your shipment before signing.

Please ensure to visually inspect both the inside and outside of the boxes and make all notations on the paperwork. Each carrier uses their own standard forms, so ensure to fill out the proper spaces provided.

If you've found damage during your inspection, all damage and defects MUST be noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to assist you with a return, replacement or repair.

TIME FRAME FOR REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your credit card company. All refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Up to a 15% processing fee (10% restocking fee+Up to 5% transaction fee) WILL be charged for returns.

2. All returns require the original
packaging supplies and shipping box. Bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them, and must include all items in the box (battery, charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

3. For shipping damages or product defects: We will do its best to service you and provide tech support to fix simple issues. We will also provide the replacement parts necessary to try our best to service you.

4. To better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.

FAQ

1. How do I turn the front headlight on and off?

  1. Press the center button on the display to power on the LCD.
  2. Hold that button for 2–3 seconds — both the headlight and the LCD backlight will turn on.
  3. To switch them off, press and hold the power button until they go dark.

2. Can I attach a child seat or a rear trailer?

Yes. All Bikonit e‑bikes support standard child seats and trailers. The 750 W motor provides plenty of torque, so towing a seat or small cargo trailer remains smooth and effortless.

3. Is it possible to swap out the saddle?

Absolutely. The seat post and clamp are compatible with any standard bicycle saddle. If you prefer a different shape or extra cushioning, simply purchase your chosen saddle online or at a local bike shop and install it yourself.

4. How do I charge the battery?

  • On-bike charging: Plug the charger’s DC plug into the port under the seat, then connect to an AC outlet.
  • Off-bike charging: Remove the battery from the frame, then plug it directly into your charger to charge indoors.

5. Does the bike arrive fully assembled?

Your e‑bike ships about 80% assembled. You’ll need to:

  • Install the front wheel (quick‑release)
  • Align and tighten the handlebars

6. Can I ride in the rain? Is the bike water-resistant?

Yes. All electronic components (display, battery, controller) are water-resistant. After wet rides, wipe down the LCD and battery to prevent moisture buildup.

Warning: Do not submerge your bike or ride through water deeper than the motor and controller housing.

7. What maintenance does my e‑bike require?

Treat your Bikonit like any high-end bicycle:

  • Keep the chain clean and lubricated.
  • Check and adjust brakes and shifters if you notice skipping or reduced braking power.
  • For a full tune‑up, visit your local Bikonit dealer or trusted bike shop.

The picture quality is outstanding. The video/audio source for my Mirage Vision HDTV is a HDMI cable that runs to a cable box in a closet in the house. I'm using a HDMI IR extender to control the cable box in the house and it all works great. The WIFI capability of the HDTV works well too as my daughter enjoys watching Netflix. Nice product!"
