Battery works and lasts a long time!

I bought this battery to replace my battery that died in my Ecotric 20810 (the fat tire one from around 2019 timeframe). Went on a 2+ hour ride and still had plenty of juice to spare. Wish it was cheaper but....it's a big battery and that's the retail price I guess.

Ordered four inverters for a customer whose solar system was damaged by a utility surge. OffGridLux advertised these inverters at $2500. Upon ordering the inverters I was assured they were in stock and would be delivered. The next day I received a refund and the price of the inverters went up from $2500 to $3100 on the OffGridLux website. Chris in customer service explained the inverters were a new product and the $2500 price was added by mistake and the real price was $3100. He also told me his warehouse made a mistake they only had 2 of the 4 available. After expressing my frustration at the situation since the customer was already quoted the lower price, Chris worked out a deal and gave us the inverters at cost to OffGridLux for $2850 instead of $3100. Chris promptly adjusted the charge and made sure the 2 inverters were shipped out asap. As a small business owner I understand how small mistakes can be costly and sometimes the little things are the biggest problem. In good fashion Chris represented OffGridLux and my interests by communicating and figuring out an amicable solution for all parties involved. Thank you again Chris. You sir a true asset to your company.

Nice bike love the looks not as powerful as my pro 2 as one might expect but overall nice bike i did take it on a 47 mile trip and still had 50.1 percent left when i got home so no need to worry about a battery the best part of this bike is the company that sold it. I've been so impressed with this company which is why i purchased my 2nd bike from them they are nothing short of exceptional buy with confidence they are with your every step of the way and very fast to respond to emails and help with any problem ive come across i wish they sold other bikes just so i could buy from them off the grid lux is by far my favorite store keep it up guys I'll keep looking to see what you stock next

The TV's weatherization modifications are very professionally installed. I feel like I received a well engineered product and one that will hold up to the weather elements here in central Texas. The picture quality is outstanding. The video/audio source for my Mirage Vision HDTV is a HDMI cable that runs to a cable box in a closet in the house. I'm using a HDMI IR extender to control the cable box in the house and it all works great. The WIFI capability of the HDTV works well too as my daughter enjoys watching Netflix. Nice product!"

The bike is excellent! My range anxiety is no more! 18 miles and only lost 8 percent compared to my last e-bike that is a huge win! I bought this to use as a commuter and man it's been more then enough! Crossing the road and reaching the max speed of 44mph despite being a little under 250!
