From day one when I ordered a eahora romeo 2 2025 off grid lux has been in constant contact . From shipping the bike to after care I haven't had issues at all . They even called me to check on an issue I had and I actually spoke to a person , who was great by the way . Customer service has fallen to the big internet conglomerates but I didn't feel that way with the purchase , they have really tried to take care of me and answered every question I've asked , even ones that are stated on the site . Im happy I went with them .I hope I can purchase other stuff in the future here .
The products won't be flawless but their customer service is . Thanks again Greg

Excellent customer service

The whole process from ordering through receipt with Off Grid Lux was seamless. They responded quickly to our initial questions and helped us decide on the best product to suit our needs. There was a small hiccup with the shipment delivery (the fault of the carrier) and Odd Grid Lux contacted the carrier immediately and had our issue resolved. We researched many vendors before deciding on Off Grid Lux and their pricing and customer service cannot be beat.
