Warranty Claims
Do not ship the Safari until you receive an RMA number. Lion Energy is not responsible for shipping or handling damage. Replacements are typically sent after the original unit is en route to a Lion Energy warehouse.
Limited Warranty
The Lion Safari includes a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Save dated proof of purchase to establish the warranty period; otherwise, the manufacturing date code may be used. Lion Energy will repair or replace the Safari at its discretion upon inspection.
Warranty is void if (not limited to):
- Failure to follow the User Manual
- Accidental or unreasonable use, misuse, or mishandling
- Overcharging or overloading
- Extended storage without recharging
- Repairs by an unauthorized person or modification
FCC Notice
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Shipping
Orders typically ship via freight or parcel depending on item and destination. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days and transit time up to 7 business days. We’ll email tracking as soon as it’s available. Multiple items may ship separately with separate tracking numbers.
Freight deliveries are curbside. Please move the item to its final location.
Some items ship in multiple boxes. Inspect all pieces upon delivery. If external damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos or video, and refuse the shipment. If no external damage is visible, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage.” Report any damage within 24 hours. See our Refund Policy for claim instructions.
