Powered by a Honda GX690 V-Twin engine with electric start, a belt driven General triplex pump, and a 12V Beckett diesel fired burner that heats water up to 200°F (93°C), this unit combines pressure, volume, and heat into a truck and trailer mountable package designed to work all day, every day.
Industrial Strength Cleaning. Built to Endure. Designed to Perform.
The BE Power Equipment HW3524HG12V is engineered for professionals who demand the best. Combining massive 3,500 PSI pressure with an impressive 5.6 GPM flow rate, this hot water pressure washer is designed to tackle the most demanding industrial and commercial cleaning jobs with ease. It’s powered by the trusted Honda GX690 V-Twin engine, features a belt-driven General triplex pump, and produces water temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) thanks to its 12V Beckett diesel-fired burner.
Built with a rugged steel frame and designed to mount easily onto a truck or trailer, this machine is ready to go wherever the work takes you—and deliver powerful, reliable results every time.
Massive Flow, Scalding Heat, and Commercial Power
High-pressure is only part of the equation. When you're faced with thick grease, industrial grime, or sanitation-sensitive environments, you need volume and heat. With a 5.6 GPM flow rate, this washer clears debris fast—while the 12V Beckett burner heats water up to 200°F, making it far more effective at breaking down oil, fuel residue, and heavy dirt.
The burner is controlled by a simple rocker switch and adjustable thermostat, giving you full command of your water temperature. Need cold water only? Just shut off the burner and keep working.
Honda GX690 V-Twin Engine with Electric Start
This machine features the Honda GX690, a professional-grade, fuel-efficient OHV V-Twin engine known for exceptional reliability in commercial use. With its electric start and included 55AH marine AGM battery, the engine fires up with ease—even in cold conditions or after long periods of inactivity.
With 22 HP of power, smooth torque delivery, and a heavy-duty construction designed for long hours and tough conditions, the GX690 is the gold standard in the power equipment world.
Belt Drive System for Maximum Pump Life
A belt-driven pump system reduces heat, vibration, and pump RPM—dramatically extending service life. This setup isolates the pump from the engine, allowing both to operate in optimal conditions. Belt drives are quieter, run cooler, and are more serviceable than direct-drive systems, making them the professional’s choice for high-use operations.
This washer’s belt drive setup ensures reduced wear on internal parts, more consistent operation, and significantly lower maintenance costs over time.
Industrial General Triplex Pump
The heart of this washer’s pressure system is the General triplex pump, built for heavy-duty daily use. Featuring a reinforced body, forged brass manifold, solid ceramic plungers, and stainless steel check valves, this pump is designed for high-pressure, high-temperature environments.
The pump is also equipped with a thermal release valve to prevent overheating, and an external unloader that regulates pressure, improves cooling, and allows greater flexibility for different job types. These features combine to extend the life of the pump and optimize performance even during long hours of operation.
High-Quality Industrial Accessories Included
Out of the box, this machine comes ready to work with a complete set of professional-grade accessories:
-
50-foot high-pressure hose with double steel braid for durability under heat and pressure.
-
Spray gun wand assembly with heat-resistant insulation for comfort and safety.
-
Five quick-connect spray nozzles: 0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and soap for a full range of spray patterns.
The quick-connect system makes switching tasks fast and efficient, and all components are built to withstand hot water use under extreme working conditions.
Built for Truck and Trailer Mounting
The 1.5" OD powder-coated steel frame is designed specifically for truck and trailer applications. The full roll cage design protects all components, while providing easy access for operation and maintenance. Whether you’re building a mobile wash rig or outfitting a work trailer, this washer is designed to integrate seamlessly.
The compact footprint, heavy-duty frame, and centralized lift point make it easy to install, secure, and transport. It’s ready for the road and built for the real world.
Maintenance Made Easy
Routine maintenance is essential for long-term performance, and this machine makes it simple. Oil drain hoses are installed on both the engine and pump, making fluid changes quicker, cleaner, and easier—without disassembly or tilting the unit.
These small design improvements make a big difference on the job, helping reduce downtime and keeping your washer in peak condition.
