Benefits

• Save time with the extra discs: It comes with a second set of stainless steel discs, so you can keep using the machine while the first set is being cleaned. This is helpful if you do back-to-back batches.

• Easy to know when it’s ready: The green light tells you when the machine is ready to start, so you don’t have to guess. This helps you get more consistent results.

• Make more at home: You can make cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk. It’s a simple way to get more out of every batch of milk.

• Works with many types of milk: Use it with milk from cows, goats, sheep, camels, and more. Great if you have different animals or you buy milk from different sources.

• Safer to use: The fixing hooks help keep everything in place while it’s running. This reduces wobbling and helps prevent spills.

What's Inside

Superior to Other Brands

The additional set of Stainless Steel Discs and the anodized aluminum drum make this model better than other cream separators on the market.

How much cream you can get?

• From 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk, you will get about 1 liter or 0,26 gallons of cream;
• The cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3,2% you will get cream with 32% of fat;
• If you need cream with less content of fat you can mix it with low-fat milk that you get during separation.
• It is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters or 5-7 gallons (two bowls) of milk.
