From day one when I ordered a eahora romeo 2 2025 off grid lux has been in constant contact . From shipping the bike to after care I haven't had issues at all . They even called me to check on an issue I had and I actually spoke to a person , who was great by the way . Customer service has fallen to the big internet conglomerates but I didn't feel that way with the purchase , they have really tried to take care of me and answered every question I've asked , even ones that are stated on the site . Im happy I went with them .I hope I can purchase other stuff in the future here .
The products won't be flawless but their customer service is . Thanks again Greg

The whole process from ordering through receipt with Off Grid Lux was seamless. They responded quickly to our initial questions and helped us decide on the best product to suit our needs. There was a small hiccup with the shipment delivery (the fault of the carrier) and Odd Grid Lux contacted the carrier immediately and had our issue resolved. We researched many vendors before deciding on Off Grid Lux and their pricing and customer service cannot be beat.
This bike gave me a rush when I first rode it. Everything about it is completely unmatched. Drive one and you'll get a rush too.
I bought this battery to replace my battery that died in my Ecotric 20810 (the fat tire one from around 2019 timeframe). Went on a 2+ hour ride and still had plenty of juice to spare. Wish it was cheaper but....it's a big battery and that's the retail price I guess.
Awesome bike. Was delivered on time. Bike was in good condition, no dings or dents. This website had the best price available.
Nice bike love the looks not as powerful as my pro 2 as one might expect but overall nice bike i did take it on a 47 mile trip and still had 50.1 percent left when i got home so no need to worry about a battery the best part of this bike is the company that sold it. I've been so impressed with this company which is why i purchased my 2nd bike from them they are nothing short of exceptional buy with confidence they are with your every step of the way and very fast to respond to emails and help with any problem ive come across i wish they sold other bikes just so i could buy from them off the grid lux is by far my favorite store keep it up guys I'll keep looking to see what you stock next

I have literally quadrupled the amount of time I spend on my roof top deck now that I have a MirageVision 55 television mounted on the wall. I purchased the Mirage Vision 55 Gold Ultra HD (4K) Series HDTV two weeks ago and have enjoyed watching football and other sporting events on my patio. The TV's weatherization modifications are very professionally installed. I feel like I received a well engineered product and one that will hold up to the weather elements here in central Texas. The picture quality is outstanding. The video/audio source for my Mirage Vision HDTV is a HDMI cable that runs to a cable box in a closet in the house. I'm using a HDMI IR extender to control the cable box in the house and it all works great. The WIFI capability of the HDTV works well too as my daughter enjoys watching Netflix. Nice product!"
The bike is excellent! My range anxiety is no more! 18 miles and only lost 8 percent compared to my last e-bike that is a huge win! I bought this to use as a commuter and man it's been more then enough! Crossing the road and reaching the max speed of 44mph despite being a little under 250! This is my best purchase for the year cant wait for more relaxing extended bike trips!

After looking at several high volume, big name dealers, my family decided to go with a Mirage Vision outdoor TV. Our TV was delivered quickly and within days we were enjoying our new Mirage Vision TV on our deck.
The equipment arrived packaged very well and in great shape. Quick shipping and tracking information. The freeze dryer and industrial pump has worked wonderfully. Many batches of candy. Batches of chicken, spaghetti sauce, minestrone soup and tons on apple slices, wedges and apple sauce. Enjoying the machine while preparing for the future.
I was super scared to buy it at first because it took a little over a year to save for it, I received it in just about a months time and it’s been running almost non stop since it arrived! I had to get extra trays to prefreeze my next load because im always thinking of something else to go in lol. No issues so far, super happy with it :) Thanks Stayfresh!
