Customer Responsibilities Before Ordering

Freight Deliveries (For Large Products Like Dreampod Ice Baths)

  • Curbside Delivery Only: Delivery is to your curb; you are responsible for moving the item indoors.

  • Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the item.

  • Delivery Delays: Lead times may extend during holidays or supplier delays. You’ll be notified in advance.

  • Receiving Instructions:

    • Count all boxes and verify against the Bill of Lading.

    • Inspect all items before accepting delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.

    • Failure to report visible damage at delivery may void shipping insurance claims.

  • Professional Installation: Available for an additional fee and performed by external parties. We are not liable for any installation-related damages.
  • Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary from online images. We suggest requesting a color sample before purchase. Returns based on color differences are not accepted.

  • Manufacturer’s Policy: In cases of policy omission, the manufacturer’s policy will apply.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unmodified, and in new condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Products showing signs of use or damage may be denied a refund

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective

Returns for Dreampod Products

For Dreampod Ice Baths and related equipment:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email orders@offgridlux.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Do not ship items without receiving a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship the product.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Covers Shipping: Returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or price shopping

  • OffGrid Lux Covers Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery

In most cases, we’ll provide a return shipping label if the return is our responsibility.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

  • Banks may take up to 5 additional business days to post the credit


Restocking Fees

  • Standard Restocking Fee: 25% for most OffGrid Lux products

  • Dreampod Products: 20% restocking fee

  • Restocking fees help cover non-recoverable costs like warehousing, handling, and inspection

What was your inspiration in the design and shape of the Dreampod?

Our vision was to create a visually inviting tank that eliminates any intimidation for beginner floaters. Research and experience taught us that flotation tanks must feel welcoming to help users relax fully and return for future sessions. The Dreampod combines comfort and safety at every touchpoint.

Are you using inferior branded components in the Dreampod?

No. All critical components are imported from the U.S. or Europe and carry certifications from recognized testing bodies to guarantee top quality.

Is the Dreampod fully automated, and what does that mean?

Yes. The Dreampod is completely automatic, featuring an integrated filtration system that runs after each float. This automation makes handling, cleaning, and maintenance effortless.

How long will production take for my Dreampod order?

Standard production time is up to 60 days, though we often complete orders in 45 days. In the future, we plan to hold inventory to reduce lead time significantly. For U.S. customers, shipping from our Utah warehouse can deliver your Dreampod in as little as 7 days. Financing options are available.

How much space do I need for my Dreampod?

Dreampods come in various sizes and shapes. Our flagship V2 model fits comfortably in a 10′ × 14′ room. For detailed room‑planning guidance, please contact us via our inquiry form.

What maintenance does the tank require?

Daily cleaning involves wiping down the tub and controls. Monthly tasks include changing the filter bag once or twice (depending on usage) and replenishing Epsom salt. For pump maintenance, simply remove the engine cover and wipe components with a damp cloth.

If something breaks, how do I get replacement parts and how long will my pod be down?

As the manufacturer, we ship any needed parts within 24 hours—no middlemen involved. Our troubleshooting team is available 24/7 to minimize downtime.

Do I need installation help? Can a technician assist on‑site, and what are the costs?

We offer remote installation via two video‑conference sessions: one for assembly instructions and one for software setup and systems testing. If you prefer on‑site assistance, a technician can assemble, test, and train for USD 650 per pod, plus travel and lodging expenses.

Warranty

Does my Dreampod float tank come with a warranty?

Yes. All Dreampods include a one‑year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your receipt and ensure no unauthorized modifications have been made to qualify for service.

My device was defective. What should I do?

If your Dreampod or ice bath malfunctions, contact our support team. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dreamwater Float Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dreamwater products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product.

Dreamwater Float Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dreamwater Float Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.

The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dreamwater Float Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dreamwater Float Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dreamwater Float Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dreamwater Float Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dreamwater Float Ltd..

This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dreamwater Float Ltd. This is your responsibility.

Warranty coverage:

Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport) 
Dreamwater Float Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of THREE (3) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dreamwater Float Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion.

In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
